Refund & Cancellation Policy
At BanglaThikana, our goal is to provide a reliable direct listing experience. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing listing plans (Launch, Basic, Premium, or Business).
Subscription Plan Payments
- Payments made for listing subscription credits are processed securely via Razorpay.
- All plans (Launch, Basic, Premium, Business) grant immediate allowances to publish properties. Due to the immediate delivery of listing credits and visibility upgrades, payments are generally non-refundable.
Double Transactions / Payment Failures
- If money is debited from your account but the subscription is not activated, the amount is usually auto-refunded by Razorpay within 5-7 working days.
- If you have completed a transaction and subscription was not credited, please email billing@banglathikana.in with your Razorpay Order ID. We will resolve and activate your plan manually within 24 hours.
Rejected Listings
- If an administrator rejects your listing due to incomplete photos, formatting errors, or minor details, you can edit and resubmit the listing under the same credit allowance for free.
- If a listing is rejected because it violates our policy (e.g. fraudulent details, broker listing posing as owner), the account will be suspended, and associated credits will not be eligible for a refund.
