Listing Policies

Property owners listing on BanglaThikana agree to the following terms:
- You must be the legal owner or authorized representative of the listed property.
- Listing details, prices, deposits, and sizes must be accurate and truthful.
- Spamming, creating duplicate listings, or uploading irrelevant images is strictly prohibited.
- Administrators reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at their absolute discretion.

No Brokerage & Intermediary Role

BanglaThikana is solely an online advertising listing directory. We are not real estate agents, brokers, legal advisors, or transaction intermediaries. We do not participate in property negotiations, rental agreements, security deposit collections, or sales transactions. All interactions, verification of documents, and contracts occur directly between owners and clients.

Account Suspensions

Accounts associated with fraudulent listings, spam, harassment, or broker listings posing as direct owners will be suspended permanently, and active listing credits will be forfeited without refunds.
